This multisource feedback (MSF) tool has been developed to provide supervisors/educators with the opportunity to seek feedback directly from their learners on the supervision they provide.

Using a simple web-based platform, supervisees/learners are invited to rate their supervisor/educator on-line. When sufficient responses have been returned, a collated and anonymised feedback report is produced. The report may then be used as contributory evidence for the supervisor/educator's portfolio.

Multisource feedback for supervisors/educators was developed in 2009 by the London Deanery by researchers at the Peninsula College of Medicine and Dentistry in conjunction with WASP Software Ltd. The Tool is currently managed by the Professional Development Team, HEE London.
